Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Operational and Cyclical P&C Manager. This role will play a critical part in driving the success of our organization by providing expert guidance and support across all facets of People & Culture (P&C). As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders to embed P&C processes across product lines, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and a strong employee experience at every stage.


You will be responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of annual people processes including remuneration reviews, growth and progression cycles, people mapping, overseeing early careers pathways programs drive recognition engagement planning key events throughout the annual calendar build relationships with partners employees employees lifecycle attraction onboarding development performance offboarding provide high-quality advice documentation insights help leaders make well-informed decisions manage investigations thoroughly fairly ensure thorough compliance supportive psychologically safe workplace elevate leader capability ongoing education proactive guidance champion wellbeing psychosocial risk management collaborate healthcare professionals promote initiatives monitor evaluate effectiveness ongoing support adjust plans needed stay current trends research practices health promotion wellness advise management best practices reduction prevention product lines.
