As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include:
* Manage a commercial and industrial property portfolio
* Deliver high-quality property management services across some retail, and predominately industrial assets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
* Act as the primary point of contact for owners and occupiers
* Oversee day-to-day property operations and performance
To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:
* At least two years experience within a similar, commercial property manager role. Ideally industrial exp
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A real passion for commercial property management
* Outstanding client services
* A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
* A current Queensland driver's license.
