- Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)

Are you passionate about advancing sustainable farming through digital and data-led efficiencies in cropping and horticultural crops?
The position, will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from discovery to validation and demonstration. This role requires a high-energy, hands-on, and pragmatic approach, working with the latest in ag tech and ag data practices. Your day could vary from presenting projects in a boardroom to assisting in the field, and validating new technologies. With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability, you will bring together multiple stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for project owners. Effective communication and an appreciation for working in an agile team environment are essential for success.
This position would suit an individual with a background in managing projects involving cropping and horticulture, especially those with experience in digital and technology implementation in the agriculture sector.
Applicants are expected to hold a current and valid NSW Class C Driver's Licence. Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is also required.
**About you**
- Expertise in managing operational, financial, and administrative activities of digital agriculture projects
- Proven experience to supervise staff in complex environments
- Knowledgeable in relevant legislation and risk mitigation in farm operations
- High level communication skills, capable of preparing reports and proposals
- Technically proficient in using digital technologies for decision-making and data recording
