Job Description:
This position is available for a Document Controller role.
You will be responsible for creating and publishing documentation, maintaining HSEQ Department Document Management, and providing administrative maintenance of HSE Management Systems, data and intellectual materials.
* Creating and publishing documentation
* Maintaining HSEQ Department Document Management
* Provide administrative maintenance of HSE Management Systems, data and intellectual materials
* Collaborating with site personnel, internal and external stakeholders
* Collate HSE Data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in an administrative customer service role
* Proficient with MS Office suite in particular Excel
* Proactive can-do attitude
* Excellent relationship building skills
