Legal Counsel - Health Manager
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to fill this key role. In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely and solutions-focused legal advice and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal guidance in relation to medico-legal matters, coronial processes, litigated and non-litigated claims of negligence, subpoena and privacy requests and other organisational requirements.
* Coordinate the review of evidence to support the preparation of reports for coronial and medico-legal matters.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with medico-legal regulations in coronial and health liability matters.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in law and holding or being eligible to hold a current legal practising certificate as an Australian lawyer.
