We have 2 spacious consult rooms, surgical theatre, Xray, Ultrasound and separate cat and dog wards. This clinic would suit a first time or experienced manager alike.
1. Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinary professionals and support staff
* Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes exceptional patient care and client satisfaction
2. Operational Excellence:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
* Ensure compliance with veterinary standards and regulations
3. Client Relations:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns promptly
* Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
4. Financial Management:
* Work closely with the regional management team to achieve financial targets and budgets
* Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable
5. Marketing and Community Engagement:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients
* Engage with the local community to build awareness of the clinic's services
Key Responsibilities:
To play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and our dedicated team of veterinary professionals.
* Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (Desirable but not essential)
* Proven experience in a managerial role or senior nurse role within the veterinary industry (1-2 years at least is ideal)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of veterinary practice operations and industry regulations
* Business acumen and financial management skills
