About The Role

As a Business Improvement Analyst, you will be part of the Business Support team and make a real impact through systems and business improvements that support essential community services. You will work with data that matters, developing insights and reports that shape department decisions while focusing on:

* Oversee and enhance departmental systems to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness
* Lead system and business improvement projects from design through to delivery
* Provide expert advice, support and training on departmental systems and processes
* Conduct strategic audits and reviews to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance
* Deliver high‐level reporting and data insights to inform departmental decision‐making

About You

* Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline and/or substantial equivalent experience
* Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to understand and optimise systems and processes
* Experience managing projects or driving business improvements with a proactive mindset
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train, support and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

This is a fixed term position for 14 months, with a salary commencing at $110,838 plus 12.5% superannuation.
