Since inception, the business has deployed over $1.5 billion across more than 200 transactions and currently manages approximately $600 million of capital across senior debt, high yield debt and co-investment mandates.
Operating with a lean, high-performance team of approximately 20 staff across Melbourne and Sydney, the firm provides tailored funding solutions across the capital stack including senior debt, mezzanine debt and preferred equity. The culture is collegiate, commercially driven and accountability-led, with direct exposure to senior decision-makers and Investment Committee.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Execution Lead and working in a close-knit execution team of approximately 6, the Senior Analyst role sits within the core transaction team and offers genuine end-to-end exposure across structured property finance transactions.
Key responsibilities include
* working with developers to support detailed feasibility modelling and financial analysis to evaluate credit-worthiness of residential development projects
* Preparation of term sheets and structuring analysis across the capital stack
* Risk identification and mitigation assessment
* Preparation and presentation of Investment Committee submissions
* Coordination of due diligence, legal documentation and Financial Close
* Ongoing monitoring of transactions through to repayment
* Attendance at project meetings with developers and consultants
This is an execution-focused position with real transaction ownership and visibility across credit decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience
* 4 to 6 years' experience within a major professional services firm (Corporate Finance or Transaction Services), bank, investment bank, consulting firm or property debt platform
* Strong financial modelling capability with advanced Excel skills
* Experience in development feasibility modelling and transaction analysis
* Exposure to credit assessment, structured finance or property transactions
* Tertiary qualification in Finance, Property or Valuation (CA or CFA advantageous)
* Strong commercial judgement and ability to operate at pace
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
