What You'll Do
This vital role involves managing our website, driving email marketing, and boosting online growth. You'll oversee site updates, SEO, Klaviyo campaigns, subscriptions, and performance marketing. If you're data-driven, results-oriented, and eager to contribute, we want you to help make Bunjie the happiest baby care brand worldwide.
Day-to-day responsibilities include :
* E-Commerce and Website Management
* Manage and update the Bunjie website with new products, campaigns, and content
* Improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall site performance
* Monitor product availability, merchandising, and visual layout for campaigns
* Implement SEO best practices across the site
* Optimize workflows for our global DTC websites
* Email Marketing
* Develop and execute email campaigns via Klaviyo
* Manage automated flows to engage customers and increase conversions
* Test and optimize subject lines, content, and send times
* Digital Marketing & Performance
* Collaborate with our agency to plan, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more
* Analyze ad performance and recommend new strategies
* Research market trends and competitors
* Subscription Management
* Oversee our subscription platform for a seamless customer experience
* Develop strategies to grow subscribers, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value
* Reporting & Insights
* Create dashboards to track key digital metrics
* Report on campaign performance, customer acquisition, retention, ROAS
* Use insights for strategic improvements
* Coordinate with graphic designers for campaign assets
* Ensure accurate tracking and tagging
* Assist with online customer support as needed
Who We're Looking For
We seek entrepreneurial, creative, and data-savvy individuals who thrive in a startup environment. You should be comfortable with fast-paced change, turning clicks into loyal customers, and thinking outside the box.
Ideally, you'll have :
* 4+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce
* Experience with Shopify (or similar CMS), Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
* Strong knowledge of performance marketing, paid social, and search
* Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* A problem-solving mindset and adaptability
* Bonus : experience in DTC brands, beauty, wellness, or baby categories
