We are proud to be partnering with a well-recognised international manufacturing business searching for a Commercial Manager to join their growing Brisbane operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial business manager within the nutraceutical, complementary medicine, vitamins, supplements or contract manufacturing industry to take ownership of key customer relationships and drive business growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting directly to the Director of Regional Sales, this role will play a key part in strengthening market presence, managing strategic accounts, and identifying new commercial opportunities within the healthcare and nutrition manufacturing sector.
About the Role
As the Commercial Business Manager ANZ, you will act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional client service, commercial growth, and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
* Managing and growing key customer accounts across ANZ
* Developing strategic business development plans aligned to company growth objectives
* Building strong stakeholder relationships across customers and internal teams
* Identifying new market opportunities and industry trends
* Leading commercial discussions and contract negotiations
* Supporting long-term revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Managing strategic accounts within nutraceutical and complementary medicine manufacturing
About You
To be successful you will ideally bring:
* Proven experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Commercial Management
* Strong experience within nutraceuticals, supplements, FMCG healthcare, or contract manufacturing
* Understanding of nutrition or healthcare manufacturing environments
* Experience managing large strategic customer accounts
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a growing team
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines (desirable)
