Job Summary:

The Office Manager/Administrator will oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring efficient task completion.

* Scheduling appointments and meetings
* Paperwork and record management
* Exceptional customer service delivery
* Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry and email management


Main Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple team members' calendars and schedules
* Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries


Customer Support:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues timely
* Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions


Communication:

* Foster clear communication with team members, management, and clients
* Maintain accurate records of communication
