Burger Urge (BU) started 15 years ago to take the burger back We will achieve this by making burgers the way they should be, using premium local ingredients with delicious, classic, on trend, and environmentally sustainable recipes.
Our HQ is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support our networks IT support system. Are you an energetic, hard worker able to collaborate with our internal customers?
The Role
The first point of contact for our staff seeking technical support on a range of IT issues.
Your Experience
- Delivering IT support to end users in a remote or in-person capacity.
- Ensuring support systems run correctly and tickets are processed in a timely manner.
- Setting up new user accounts on IT systems and websites.
- Assisting with installing and maintaining networks.
- Accessing databases and analysing information.
- Instructing others on the proper use of computer hardware and software.
- Monitoring incoming support requests and analysing the overall quality of support provided.
About you
- 1+ years in a similar role.
- Customer focused with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional Microsoft suite knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet reasonable deadlines.
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work autonomously
