We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our afternoon shift.
This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee an energetic and diverse team of 15+ people who work with cutting-edge printing and digital machinery.
The Afternoon Shift Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coordinating the day-to-day running of digital machines, including UV and direct-to-garment printers, a Kongsberg cutting bench, and other state-of-the-art equipment.
Prioritizing tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring quality and efficiency across the shift is crucial for this role.
Supporting minor machine maintenance and diagnostics, especially in electronics or circuit-related issues, is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading operational teams, a technical or engineering background, and experience in machine maintenance or production line troubleshooting.
Fluency in Portuguese is required for this role.
A can-do attitude, great clear communication skills, and availability for afternoon shift hours (typically starting at 2:00PM) are also necessary.
