Your main responsibilities include:
In joining a sophisticated, inclusive and rapidly growing Personal Banking team at NAB, your main responsibilities to delivering outstanding support to customers will include:
- Answering inbound calls from personal customers about a range of simple to complex enquiries.
- Efficiently navigating through a variety of banking systems and tools.
- Identifying, addressing and resolving general inquiries from customers.
- A strong focus on first call resolution and availability to talk to customers when scheduled.
- To provide existing customers and prospects with correct information regarding National products and services.
- Identify cross sell opportunities when assessing customers financial needs and refer to the appropriate specialists.
- Ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date.
- Adherence to Industry Code of Practice is paramount.
Working on a full time 6-month temporary assignment where your capability to build your foundation and performance will shine and grow. This role will allow you to work during standard business hours of Monday to Friday, operating between the teams core standard business hours of 7:45am and 5:30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
Whilst having a real passion for providing first class customer service, the ability to be able to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time. You will also have;
- Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Resilience
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A customer centric mindset
