**The Role**:
As mentioned this role is varied so it's a great opportunity to add new feathers to your hat.
Safety - The safety element contains effectively communicating safety information to the business, organising workshops/meetings (including taking minutes) and other safety related activities to the business. You will also support the manager with reporting on incidents or hazards as required.
Facilities - The responsibility of coordinating scheduled maintenance and identifying repairs across all company facilities for each location. Ensuring safety, compliance and adherence to budget is applied across all sites.
Fleet - Motor vehicle fleet management ensuring that all vehicle leases are maintained within required standards and provide support to vehicle custodians within the organisation. Ensuring insurance, repairs, servicing, and reporting is organised and scheduled as required.
Potentially there will be opportunities to get involved with sustainability requirements and other projects as required by the business.
**Does this sound like you**:
- Previous experience as a Safety/ Facilities/ Fleet or Support coordinator position is required - Experience in at least one of these areas is required and a desire to broaden your knowledge to the other areas is essential
- Effective communication, time management, prioritising, negotiating and organisational skills are an essential part of this role
- Sound computer skills in using internal systems and MS Suite (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and ability to work within a team environment
- A positive attitude with a growth mindset and one who thrives for continuous improvement would succeed
