Product Manager, Customer Experience
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and integration of personalisation solutions. This role is pivotal to scaling our capability and delivering measurable impact across all customer channels.
About The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for integration-focused personalisation initiatives. They will drive the execution of the personalisation capability blueprint within their domain, aligning closely with key users, squads, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the development and delivery of integrated personalisation solutions across channels (e.g. app, retail, digital, contact centre).
* Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and vendor partnerships to deliver continuous enhancements with measurable outcomes.
* Collaborate across Digital, CVM, Product, Data, and Channel teams to enable consistent and valuable customer experiences.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
* Proven experience in personalisation, digital product management, or Martech integration.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering ROI through digital capability.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega Decisioning Engine, Braze CDP or equivalent marketing platforms.
