Lead With Heart as a Site Manager – Rockhampton, Community Services

About the role:
As Site Manager, you'll be the driving force of our Rockhampton Learning & Lifestyle Centre & In home Support Services (Community Access). In this role you would be managing and lead the day-to-day operations of these two remits, creating a vibrant culture where independence, confidence, and social connection thrive.
You'll lead a passionate team, shaping programs that empower all our clients participating in our community programs and support services. Every day, you'll help create experiences that are fun, meaningful, and tailored to personal goals.
Beyond the Centre, you'll be also supporting and managing the Community Access services for participants that seek our resources for In Home Support based disability services. You will oversee the quality of care provided to our existing 80+ participants are cared for by our support workers in their own home on a daily basis. Ensuring quality, compliance, and care that truly changes lives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Be the welcoming face for new & existing clients and guide their journey with care.
* Champion person-centred, trauma-informed service delivery aligned with best practice.
* Provide strong operational leadership across disability programs, ensuring compliance with legislation and quality standards.
* Inspire continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
* Deep experience in NDIS service delivery and disability support programs.
* Strong grasp of government policies, regulations, and NDIS processes and staff/client boundaries and safeguarding.
* Awareness of current trends and challenges in the disability sector.
* Cultural competency to deliver inclusive services for all abilities and fostering connection to the community.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field with relevant experience in similar NDIS industry.
* Proven leadership in disability and community services.
* Knowledge of NDIS and safeguarding frameworks.
* Excellent communication, positivity, and team-building skills. Values that align with the disability sector.
* Ability to manage and inspire two programs and teams. Integrity, honesty, and high ethical standards.
