Role overview: 7+ years of experience, four-day work week, fully remote role with occasional travel for production. You’ll lead the creative vision across campaigns, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and shape ideas through storytelling, design, copy, and production. You’ll pitch and nurture client relationships, and translate insights into bold creative that delivers impact.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the creative vision across campaigns, ensuring ideas are both strategically grounded and creatively bold.
* Be hands-on in shaping concepts through design, copywriting, and production.
* Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, animators, producers, and creative partners.
* Pitch, present, and articulate ideas with clarity and passion to clients and stakeholders.
* Translate behavioural insights and strategy into powerful creative that drives impact.
* Guide projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring excellence at every stage.
* Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
What we’re looking for
* A proven creative leader with 7+ years of experience in a senior creative role (Creative Director, Associate CD, or similar) within agency or in-house teams.
* Strong skills across concept development, design, copywriting, and production.
* Experience with emerging technologies and AI, and the ability to shape how we adopt them to fuel creative thinking and impact.
* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in pitching and nurturing client relationships.
* A natural storyteller who can inspire teams, mentor talent, and bring out the best in collaborators.
* Deep understanding of how creativity can shift behaviour, spark engagement, and deliver measurable impact.
* Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on craft and attention to detail.
* Collaborative spirit, curiosity, and drive to create meaningful, purposeful work.
