The African Reef Hotel is seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join its team. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment with a dedicated Head Chef and team who are supportive and like a family. Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
* Take pride in food presentation and always ensure top quality.
* Maintain good verbal and written communication with colleagues and supervisors.
* Adhere to Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* Ability to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
* Qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
* Flexible and willing attitude with clear communication and customer service skills.
* Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
