What You'll Be Doing
* Residential air conditioning installs, repairs, and maintenance
* Commercial & light industrial systems — servicing, installs, and fault-finding
* Customer-facing work (we'll support you here if you're still building confidence)
* Assisting with residential quotes and learning the business side of things
* Working alongside experienced tradespeople who want to see you succeed

* 38–40 hour weeks (no crazy hours) with full penalty rates @ 1.5x & 2.0x

What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or close to completion)
* Current ARCtick licence (or eligible)
* Manual driver's licence
* Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening
* A good attitude — reliable, respectful, and proud of your work
