Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all kitchen duties, including food preparation, basic cookery, organisation and guest service. This will involve understanding and following running sheets for setting up different sections for both morning and night service.

* Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques;
* Capacity to lead junior kitchen staff by providing instruction on duties;
* Ability to run sections in the kitchen during the absence of a Chef De Partie.
