Job Description
As a Fulfilment Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse team. You will inspire your team to deliver efficient workflows and create a world-class experience for our customers.
The role is a full-time position, working 5 days/week across Monday - Friday.
1. Lead and provide guidance, coaching, and support to your team to ensure their success and professional growth.
2. Manage task allocation to team members, ensuring all operational activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments and ensure timely order fulfilment.
5. Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
7. Maintain a clean and organised environment, adhering to established standards.
8. Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Assist in training new team members and conduct regular performance evaluations.
