Responsibilities
- Assist with timekeeping and support tasks, including basic data entry and corrections.
- Help monitor outstanding invoices and contribute to monthly financial reporting.
- Support the preparation of performance and financial reports under senior guidance.
- Assist with processing journals, maintaining registers, and reconciling accounts.
- Help maintain calendars and financial systems, ensuring data accuracy for new starters.
- Participate in regular reviews of financial data and support payroll‑related tasks.
- Contribute to team initiatives and provide general accounting and administrative support.
Skills & Experience
- Formal accounting studies (current or completed) with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A team-oriented team player who values alternative perspectives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adherence to firm values, compliance standards, and confidentiality.
