We are seeking an exceptional Demand Planning Expert to join our team. In this role, you will leverage advanced Excel skills to drive informed inventory decisions in a global manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Delve into MRP outputs and pinpoint key insights, anomalies, and errors.
* Design and develop dynamic Excel/Power BI dashboards to track inventory performance metrics.
* Investigate cycle count discrepancies and identify root causes.
* Monitor trends in slow-moving and obsolete stock levels.
Inventory Parameter Governance
* Maintain optimal settings for safety stock, MOQ, lead time, and batch-size parameters.
* Ensure data accuracy across item-level fields for seamless MRP runs.
* Collaborate closely with the Demand Planning & Inventory Control Manager to provide reporting and forecasting inputs.
* Identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
* Strengthen data integrity and consistency across systems.
