About Goodstart Toowoomba Spring Street:
Our 69-place centre offers a charming, country home ambiance. Most of our educators have been with us for over eight years, with some serving for 12, 13, or even 16 years. You’ll enjoy leisurely lunches in a cozy staffroom equipped with a candy bar, coffee machine, and neck massagers. We offer flexible rosters, allowing you to choose your preferred schedule—whether it's three, four, or five days a week, a nine-day fortnight, or even a regular day off (RDO).
Our centre proudly features the highest-rated Goodstart Kindergarten room in Queensland and we also host a cultural First Nations Mentor who visits fortnightly. Our homelike environment includes beautiful natural play spaces, both indoors and outdoors, a bush garden, chickens, and regular incursions and excursions.

You’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) preferred, will consider Certificate III
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check
