You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock through our warehouse while delivering outstanding service to our customers. From receiving supplier orders to delivering products across the Illawarra region, you'll be an essential part of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Stock Management
* Receive, unload, and process incoming stock efficiently
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy
* Maintain clean and organised warehouse systems and stock displayed in the shop
* Conduct routine stock counts and assist with stocktakes
* Report damaged or incorrect stock and process supplier credits
Deliveries & Customer Service
* Deliver orders to customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Act as a key point of contact, representing the business on delivery runs
* Identify potential new business opportunities during deliveries
* Assist with furniture deliveries, assembly, and installations when required
Operations & Systems
* Use inventory systems (e.g. Readysell) to manage stock movements
* Operate RF scanning equipment
* Prepare daily supplier documentation and ensure timely stock processing
General Duties
* Operate warehouse equipment (including forklift) safely
* Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, vehicles, and surrounding areas
* Assist with recycling and general warehouse upkeep
About You
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
* Comfortable using basic computer systems
* Forklift licence (ESSENTIAL)
* Full NSW Driver's Licence (ESSENTIAL)
