They're now seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Manager / Architect to lead strategic implementations and drive platform excellence for key government projects.
About the Role

You'll architect scalable ServiceNow solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead cross-functional teams through complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and more
Architect secure, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow platforms aligned with client needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical strategies
Mentor and guide delivery teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and delivery leadership
Strong understanding of platform capabilities, scripting, and integration methods
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) highly regarded
Must be based in Canberra
Baseline security clearance or higher is required
