The role
Location: Greenacre Salary Package: $75,000 – $80,000 super Role Overview: Join a close-knit office team within a well-established stone fabrication business. This role combines Accounts Receivable, administration, customer service, and supplier coordination, with responsibilities including quote entry, material ordering, incoming calls, customer enquiries, and general office support. You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while working closely with customers, suppliers, and the wider team. Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up Enter quotes into the system and maintain accurate records Order materials and liaise with suppliers Answer incoming calls and assist with customer enquiries Provide reception support when required Assist with general administration and office coordination Support product and order-related enquiries as required Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous Accounts Receivable and administration experience Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence answering phones and assisting with reception duties when required Good attention to detail and organisational skills A flexible office all-rounder approach and willingness to assist across the business Experience within stone, construction, interiors, manufacturing, or similar will be highly regarded Company, Culture & Benefits Permanent full-time opportunity Close-knit office team Immediate start available Greenacre location Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm and Fridays, 8am – 4pm How to apply: Click the apply button or send your CV to anisha@tempandagnew.com.au
