Project Delivery Excellence Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing projects.
Your Impact
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless execution across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Site teams.
* Drive commercial performance through effective margin protection, forecasting, and contract administration.
* Mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, enhancing their capability and governance.
* Foster strong client relationships and resolve delivery escalations.
What We're Looking For
* 7–10+ years delivering complex engineering/manufacturing projects with a proven leadership track record.
* Strong commercial and contract administration skills, including RFIs, EOTs, variations, and claims management.
* Experience in governance, project controls, scheduling oversight, and risk management.
* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
