Your Role
As an Account Manager at B&D Group, you will be our trusted advisor to customers, enabling sales growth and ambitious business strategies.
You will be accountable for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with existing and prospective customers, innovating with them to establish new needs for products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer portfolios, drive sales, and represent the brand
* Build customer confidence through brand, product, and local market knowledge
* Execute strategies to generate demand, meet sales targets, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Manage time effectively for customer visits and call cycles
* Build strong business relationships with independent dealers, driving joint growth initiatives for mutually beneficial sales growth
* Work closely with dealers to review their performance, provide coaching and feedback sessions, and strategise future opportunities

* Demonstrated experience in coaching
* Effective customer relationship management and ability to build strong rapport
* Resilience, problem-solving skills, and autonomy
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of business acumen
* Computer and technology savvy, with experience in CRM, SAP, and SalesForce highly advantageous
