About the role
We are seeking reliable and responsible full-time, MR Delivery Drivers to join our Maroochydore team. We have multiple vacancies available for our day shift working from Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm. This casual role will require a self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as a crucial part of the wider team, ensuring the delivery of goods to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficient and accurate multi-drop deliveries to our local customer base
* Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver food products to customer locations
* Checking of orders and invoices at time of delivery and raising any discrepancies
* Assistance with dispatch and loading of vehicle, ensuring orders are packed and stacked in a safe manner to avoid injury and/or damage
* Provide excellent customer service
* To undertake all duties in a safe, responsible and courteous manner
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
* Current Queensland MR (or higher) drivers' licence (essential)
* Forklift Licence (preferred)
* Previous merchandising experience is highly desirable
* Experience in multi-drop deliveries preferred but not essential
* Customer focused with an appreciation for being the 'public face' of the company
* Good organisation, communication and time-management skills
* Enthusiastic and reliable approach to work
* Highly motivated and flexible, with a solid work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
* Be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to solve problems and learn a broad range of products
* Physically fit and able to undertake the duties of the role, including lifting/manual handling and repetitive entering/exiting of a vehicle
