Sales Representative – Complex Rehab / Power Wheelchairs
A national healthcare organisation is expanding its complex rehab team and is seeking a compassionate and motivated Sales Representative to specialise in power wheelchairs and complex seating solutions. This is a full‑time role supporting clients, clinicians, and care teams across hospitals, NDIS, aged care, and the broader community sector.

ROLE
Promote and support the sale of complex rehab solutions including power chairs and seating systems.
Partner with OTs, physios, and support coordinators to deliver person‑centred outcomes.
Conduct client trials, assessments, fittings, and post‑sale follow‑ups.
Develop strong clinical and referral networks across your assigned region.
Manage your sales pipeline, meet KPIs, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
Stay informed on new technologies and funding pathways, including NDIS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of individuals with complex disabilities to determine their mobility and assistive technology needs. Provide expert advice, recommendation, education and support to clinicians, clients and their families.
Equipment Scripting and Fitting: Prescribe and fit complex disability mobility and assistive technology equipment that aligns with clinical and functional requirements. Provide product trials and training where necessary.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospital, aged care, and community sectors to expand our customer base and market presence.
Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. Manage the sales lifecycle from assessment through quote to closure of the sale.
Product Knowledge: Stay current on the latest advancements in complex disability mobility and assistive technology equipment, providing expertise and guidance to healthcare professionals and clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of clinical assessments, equipment prescriptions, and client interactions in line with the proper compliance and requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated ability to drive new business development and manage client accounts.
Experience in Sales within Complex Rehab Equipment or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy desirable.
Current Valid Australian Driver's License required.
Current National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
