Who We're Looking For:
Strong experience in steakhouse or grill-focused kitchens
Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced service
Excellent grill skills and meat knowledge essential
Leadership experience (for Head & Sous roles)
A high standard of cleanliness and kitchen organisation
Strong communication and teamwork
Available across a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
