* This is an opportunity to work at Glenorchy Community Mental Health Continuing Care Team.
* We are a vibrant MDT including lived experience workers, nurses, psychologists, social workers and psychiatrists.
Responsibilities
* Provide face to face and telephone reception service for Mental Health Service clients.
* Ensure sensitive and confidential handling of all enquiries and that information is provided to the correct clinician in a timely manner.
* Undertake general administrative and clerical duties as required by senior staff and other clinicians within the Team.
You will need
* Ability to exercise initiative, judgement and confidentiality to work effectively both individually and as a member of a multidisciplinary team within an environment subject to work pressure and change.
* Knowledge and experience of office administration practices including competent keyboard skills and the ability to undertake administrative duties using office automation systems within a Microsoft Office environment.
* General knowledge of financial administration processes within the public sector.

Details of appointment
Permanent part time, day worker position, working 30.4 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary:$66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
