The Role
* Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that support growth, efficiency and new market expansion.
* Act as a key connector between technical and commercial teams to ensure alignment, speed and quality of delivery.
* Identify and drive process and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce friction across the business.
* Support integration of new regions, platforms and acquisitions to ensure consistency and scalability across global operations.
* Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, uncover opportunities and improve overall business performance.
About You Must haves
* 4–5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a fast‐paced or high‐growth environment.
* Strong experience working closely with development and product teams.
* Can confidently gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
* Proactive, solutions‐focused and comfortable working in ambiguity.
* Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
* Thrives in a collaborative, cross‐functional environment.
* Motivated by continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Nice To Have
* Experience in healthcare, medtech or diagnostics.
* Exposure to global or multi‐region businesses.
* Experience supporting system integrations or acquisitions.
* Project management experience (formal or informal).
