About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the business, ensuring strong financial performance, high-quality project delivery, and a high-performing team culture. Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring, and developing management and supervisory teams Building and maintaining key client, contractor, and supplier relationships Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and ISO management systems Managing financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and profitability Monitoring performance across safety, quality, financial, and operational metrics Driving business development, tendering strategies, and new market opportunities Developing and executing the company’s strategic plan aligned with growth objectives Overseeing day-to-day operations across construction, maintenance, and project delivery About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager or similar) Strong background in commercial landscaping, construction, or related industries Excellent financial and commercial acumen Experience managing large teams and multiple projects Demonstrated leadership and team development capability A results-driven and strategic mindset with high accountability Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance frameworks Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills What’s In It For You?
