Main Responsibilities
* Manage bookings and liaison with hirers about venue availability, fees, and charges.
* Prepare and distribute booking documentation, including Hire Agreements and financial paperwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in general administration.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
