Mechanical Plumber – HVAC Projects
A leading national HVAC contractor is expanding its in-house project delivery team and is looking for an experienced Mechanical Plumber to support a growing pipeline of technical upgrades, refurbishments and retrofit projects.

The Role
Working as part of a dedicated projects team, you'll deliver mechanical plumbing works across commercial, healthcare, education and industrial sites.
Projects will focus on plant upgrades, system replacements, and retrofit solutions within live environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Installation of chilled water, condenser water and heating water pipework systems
Plant room upgrades including pumps, valves, strainers and associated equipment
AHU replacements and mechanical system retrofits
Reading and interpreting drawings, specs and hydraulic schematics
Coordinating with site managers, electricians and commissioning teams
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to high quality standards
What We're Looking For
Trade qualified Mechanical Plumber
Proven experience delivering commercial HVAC projects
Strong knowledge of chilled and heating water systems
Experience working on upgrades, refurbishments or retrofit projects
Ability to work within live buildings with minimal disruption
White Card (essential)
