About The Position
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients growing team in Perth. The role is responsible for managing all technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring outcomes are met on time, within budget, and to required quality and compliance standards. This is a leadership-focused position requiring a strong commitment to safety, stakeholder engagement, and project performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Leading and managing day-to-day project delivery activities
* Developing project plans to meet time, cost, quality, and risk objectives
* Monitoring project progress, budgets, and compliance with deadlines
* Reporting performance against established project baselines
* Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives
* Maintaining quality management systems and processes
* Preparing and managing cost estimates and budgets
* Promoting a strong culture of safety, health, environment, and quality
* Developing site-specific work methodologies and programs
* Ensuring effective communication between staff, clients, and stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Project Manager role within civil construction or utilities
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Civil Construction Management, Engineering, or related)
* Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage teams and outcomes
* Strong understanding of HSEQ practices with proven commitment to safety
* Ability to manage budgets, cost estimates, and risk processes effectively
* Experience working with major utility providers
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High level of autonomy and judgment in planning and delivery
* Current WA Drivers Licence and reliable transport
