About the roles: Multiple positions available
Hamo Hospitality is seeking dedicated Restaurant supervisors to join our team in Geelong, Victoria. We have full-time and part time positions, offering a competitive salary, above award rates and excellent advantages including company wide discounts
What you'll be doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
- Motivating and leading a restaurant and venue team to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity
- Assist in Overseeing and managing day-to-day venue operations
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling and OH&S; regulations.
- Plan and conduct ongoing staff training
What we're looking for:
- Must have restaurant, function or bar supervisor experience
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, friendly demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting
- Food safety and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification required
