Key Responsibilities
* Prepare orders for all produce required for cooking.
* Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, pasta, and rice for the à la carte menu and catering functions.
* Produce meals that are nutritious and meet menu guidelines.
* Maintain stock levels of food products.
* Ensure a clean and hygienic workplace environment.
* Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
* Supervise kitchen assistants in their daily tasks.
* Develop menus and manage kitchen resources effectively.
