About the role
The Talent team works across the company to attract top talent to our growing business. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be a global resource within the company on all things talent. You'll focus on proactively sourcing, engaging, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for current needs and building effective talent communities.
This new position has been created to support exciting projects. You'll have the opportunity to deep dive into our software engineering, hardware, and quantum sensing teams. No quantum experience required – just a keen interest in deep tech and being part of a revolutionary sector.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively engaging the market aligned to current and future needs.
* Managing the 'reactive' recruitment process and becoming a trusted advisor across the business.
* Identifying employer branding and talent-related marketing opportunities.
* Participating in global talent-related conferences and events.
Ideally, you'll have:
* A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a startup or tech-related environment.
* A keen interest in emerging and deep tech.
* Experience hiring, building, and engaging talent communities globally.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders and advising at all levels within the company.
