Have you mastered your craft in Hospitality and are keen to pass on your years of experience to help others.
We are looking for an experienced, Canberra based, hospitality operator (possibly a chef or barista...) who loves great food, great coffee, and helping others lift their game.
Minimum 5+ years of hospitality experience is required for this position.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work hands-on with café owners and teams across Canberra and surrounding NSW, helping improve standards, systems, and day-to-day performance across 20+ franchised cafés under the groups banner.
This role requires frequent daily travel across Canberra and NSW locations to support café operations.
A valid driver's licence is essential for this field-based role.
You will have strong people skills, be able to work autonomously whilst still being a team player (part of a 4-person operations team Nationally) and most important of all have a 'CAN DO' attitude.
The role involves:
* On-site coaching and practical café support
* Improve service flow, food and coffee consistency
* Assist with new store openings and training
* Training or coaching experience is preferred but not essential for supporting café teams
* Review performance and help implement improvement plans
