Head of Talent Acquisition – Blackmores Group
Ability to be based at home, with some time spent at our manufacturing facility in Braeside.

We are looking for a six month fixed term contractor to join our team from January 2026.
Purpose of role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, you will manage the end to end recruitment for ERP programme specific roles. You will provide consultative advice to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process, ensuring an overall effective hire by acting as an advocate for Blackmores company values, positioning Blackmores as an employer of choice and maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Who are you?
* Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT technical roles with SAP implementation
* Ideally been part of a scale up project, which has competing priorities with limited resources.
* Demonstrated ability to pipeline talent with an in-depth knowledge of direct sourcing techniques
* Understanding of talent insights to be able to \"sell\" the organisation to prospective candidates
* Previous experience sourcing candidates from FMCG / Life Sciences/ Management Consulting within IT, Data/Analytics
