MME Underground Services is a Western Australian Utilities Construction company. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding service to our clients, managing and delivering projects to the most exacting quality standards.
Due to continuing growth, we require a full-time Administrator to join the team.
This position is a hands-on role where you are required to provide timely and effective administration support to ensure positive outcomes for the projects.
To be considered for this role all applicants will be required to meet the following criteria as a minimum
* Excellent attention to detail;
* Highly organised and the ability to adapt to changing and conflicting priorities;
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
* Logical and methodical approach to all tasks
* Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word; and
* Ability to follow systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
The position involves the following but is not limited to:
* Project start up administration activities including set up of project folders, Site Diary, induction registers;
* Assist the Manager / Supervisor to ensure all resources / site activities and associated cost codes are entered into the Site Diary on a daily basis, including recording labour, plant and subcontractor resources;
* Collating all daily time sheets and issuing to Accounts Team on a weekly basis;
* Raising purchase orders, management of delivery dockets in the system;
* Ordering of BYDA documentation
* Review and processing of project invoices for management approval, including managing invoice queries with suppliers / subcontractors;
* Tracking status of purchase orders in the system for EOM reporting;
* Maintain effective and efficient hard and soft filing systems;
* General administration duties such as but not limited to stationery orders for office and monitor and maintain printer areas;
* Archiving and close out of project works.
