We're on the lookout for a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Aviation) to join a high-performing, forward-thinking team supporting cutting-edge aviation programs. What Youll Be Doing
- Perform and manage scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations and documentation standards.
- Support logistics and maintenance operations both at base and in deployed environments.
- Collaborate across engineering, quality, and program teams to deliver serviceable aircraft on time.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
- Travel domestically and internationally to support operational needs.
What You Bring
- CASA or DASA Part 66 Licence (or Certificate IV Aeroskills for DASA programs).
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of CASR/DASR regulations and maintenance systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- A passion for aviation safety, innovation, and customer service.
Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience in flightline or base maintenance, fleet planning, or Defence environments.
- Training in Human Factors, Aviation Safety Management, or Aircraft Component Systems.
- Project management experience.
