About the role
As a Transformation Change Manager, you'll be working side-by-side with our partner's clients, guiding their transformation journey to success. Additionally, you will provide supporting activities pre-and-post transformation, including organizational design, leadership capability, culture, and capability acquisition.
What you'll do:
* Effectively support Change Management teams from change planning to execution, ensuring that it is integrated within multiple transformation projects
* Take the lead in designing and delivering change management initiatives
* Manage cross-functional teams and deliver major change projects and programs
* Overseeing improvement processes to build the capacity of delivery teams and integrating capabilities to ensure client engagements are delivered to the highest quality
* Ensure client-based transformation programs are successfully delivered

* Adept in systematic and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
* Experienced in using the latest change management tools and techniques
* Deeply passionate in bringing innovative ideas to life and ensuring high standard outcomes
* Certified in change management, organizational design, project management, or other learning methods
* Highly-developed communication and comprehension skills to share ideas, inspire, and create change
* Strong teambuilding and interpersonal skills that thrive in a multidisciplinary team
* A degree in psychology, communications, human resources, or other fields that demonstrate your knowledge in successful change management and ability to write and prepare documentation and deliverables at a high level
