FACTORY HAND / PROCESS WORKER – Full time and Casual Roles

The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team in Crestmead, Qld as a Factory Hand. No experience! That's OK! As long as you are willing to be trained, have a great attitude and confident in your abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the manufacturing and assembly of roller shutters or other door types as per detail sheets and supervisor direction. Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. Loading and/or unloading of vehicles and/or trucks. Carrying and/or moving goods. General assembly of roller shutters Use hand held tools such as chisels, saws or hammers. Operate powered hand held tools such as drills, routers, sanders or grinders. Operate or assist in the operation of other powered workshop machinery. Perform basic daily and weekly maintenance on the workshop machinery. Clean and maintain Work areas. Maintain quality control by following established QC procedures. Comply with Company policies at all times
Skills & Experience:
Ability to interpret technical drawings Self motivated and able to work effectively in a team
