The Impact You'll Make
As the clinical lead within a Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC), you will provide autonomous care and vital mentorship to staff. Working within the Torres Model of Care, you will lead clinical governance and work in deep partnership with Indigenous Health Workers to deliver culturally responsive, community‐centered care.
