The Role
* Lead the daily operations of the centre
* Maintain exceptional health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
* Oversee budgets, wages, rostering, occupancy, and operational planning
* Coach, mentor, and develop a motivated and engaged team
* Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
* Implement, monitor, and evaluate high-quality programs focused on children's growth and development
* Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for educators, children, and families
Role Requirements
* Leadership experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector
* ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
* Full working rights in Australia
* Strong knowledge of the ECA Code of Ethics and UNCRC
* Commitment to safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments
* Willing to relocate in Northern Victoria
